Having missed several summer schools over the past few years I managed to attend the 2008 summer school at St Gabriel’s Conference Centre, Ditchingham. St Gabriel’s was a wonderfully tranquil place with comfortable accommodation and excellent home cooked food. The staff were friendly and helpful and ensured that our every need was met.

From 24-31 July 2011, the Guilde Française des Flûtes de Bambou hosted an International Course.  Held at St Charles College in Athis Mons, the course will brought together pipers from all over the world.  Photos can be seen here, and here, and here.

The Pipers' Guild organised the an International Summer School, held from 25 July - 3 August 2006 at the University of Essex. Over 100 pipers from all over the world attended.
